The Joy Factory Pinpoint Precision Stylus E1 (2nd Generation)

Description

The 2nd generation Pinpoint Precision Stylus E1 from The Joy Factory features a tip width of 0.1" (2.4mm) that provides input accuracy for taking notes, creating art, and more on your tablet. To create the feel of a pen or brush when writing and drawing with the stylus, the tip is made from soft rubber that provides the right amount of friction. The tip also flexes under pressure, which offers you a natural give of a pen against a pad of paper or the feel of your finger against the touchscreen. This stylus uses a single AAA battery to create an electromagnetic field around the tip that mimics the touch of your finger on the touchscreen, which lets you work on a tablet without being limited to special software. This field also allows you write accurately over a 165° wide angle. To conserve battery power, a switch on the barrel of the stylus lets you turn it on or off and an indicator LED lets you know when it is on.

One of the most important features of any writing implement is its weight. The Pinpoint weighs a pleasant 1.2 ounces, similar to a high-end ballpoint pen. This weight allows the stylus to feel substantial while remaining comfortable for long-term use.

Flexible Tip

The Pinpoint tip flexes under pressure. This mimics the natural give of a pen against a pad of paper or the feel of your finger against the touchscreen. And since the tip is made of soft rubber, it offers just the right amount of friction so writing or drawing feels just like a fine pen or brushstroke.

Battery Powered

The Pinpoint features a switch on the barrel of the stylus so you can easily power the stylus on or off. The LED indicator illuminates letting you know when it is powered on. A single AAA battery powers the Pinpoint.
