Description

The X1 Studio Bundle from soe Electronics is a high-quality home recording solution, which includes an RF-X Reflexion Filter, an X1 Large Diaphragm Cardioid Condenser Microphone, a custom shock mount, a metal pop shield, and a 9.84' microphone cable. It can be used for recording lead vocals, acoustic guitar, strings to percussion, acoustic instruments, and ensembles, and is suitable for recording both male and female vocals.

The RF-X Reflexion Filter is a portable device well-suited for recording dry vocals with reduced room ambience. It uses an advanced, multi-layer wall, which is positioned behind any microphone by means of a variable position stand clamp assembly which is included. Its main function is to help obtain a dry vocal or instrument recording. This filter is especially useful in studios without proper acoustic treatment, but can also be used to help record takes in control rooms, where the performer also has to operate the recording device. Moreover, this Reflexion Filter can be used to reduce ambient noise in rehearsal studios.

With a lightweight body and clamp assembly, the RF-X delivers efficient performance and is easy to use. The RF-X clamp assembly features a lightweight design, allowing it to be used on almost any microphone stand. As it allows vertical mounting, this clamp is useful while recording vocals.
