Description
Magewell 's XI100XE-PRO PCI Express Video Capture Card can capture video signals from a variety of inputs. The card itself features an HDMI input as well as a DB9 port for an analogue breakout cable. Through its digital connections, the card accepts resolutions of up to 1900 x 1080 at 60 fps and will up or down-convert any acceptable video signal to match your workflow. Deinterlacing and frame-rate conversion are performed in real time with on-board processing to free up your CPU to run other programmes. The card will also accept outputs from Composite, s-video, component, VGA, and HDMI video sources through the included breakout conversion cables. Because this card works with default Windows and Linux drivers, it is compatible with any programme that uses those drivers.

Video Processing
XI100XE can perform random image scaling, image clip, and switch colour space to match your workflow; it can also automatically remove black edges and supports manual settings for effective image area as well as automatically detecting the video source, deinterlacing and removing image aliasing.
Analogue Connections
Using the included breakout cable, various analogue interfaces are available. It is easy to connect analogue devices. You can connect to various kinds of analogue video and audio devices of either NTSC or PAL standards. Connections include component, Composite and S-Video as well as analogue audio.
Multi-Channel Capture
The captured images can be used by multiple applications at the same time with no need to lower the frame rate. Applications can adopt different capture formats, and the card will process the signal source into those formats, multiple bit rates and multiple resolutions can be output at the same time, so only a single card is needed.
