Ultra Quiet Design

Adopting the well-designed mute system, gvm-yu series boldly introduces a new design, with built-in cooling ultra mute fan. The advantage of dual fan is that it can effectively cool down without high speed. When the light brightness is 100%, even if the two fans rotate at the same time, the noise will not exceed 40dB (when the ambient noise is ≤ 22dB), and the sound can hardly be heard. There is no need to adjust the lighting position to adapt to the noise.

Dimming Accuracy of 1000 Levels

The adjustment range of GVM-YU200R brightness is 0.1%-100.0%, and the user can adjust brightness accurately to 0.1%. A finer dimming precision that provides a smoother dimming process and more accurate colours; With the new algorithm model of GVM, the light intensity can be adjusted step by step, and the dimming process can be completed quickly and smoothly.

Dimming Curve

GVM-YU200R has four dimming curves (linear/logarithmic/exponential/S curves) to be selected to meet the technical requirements of studio devices, such as TV news and entertainment production sets. High standard and professional light control technology is also the best choice for variety shooting and movie making.

Constant Power 200W

Regular Bi-colour & RGB board lamps adjust the colour temperature and colour light through a variety of different beads, which results in different power for different colour temperatures and colours. Often the middle colour temperature has a high power, while the power is low at low and high colour temperatures. Makes the light intensity different for different colour temperatures and colours. YU200R’s new algorithm automatically calculates the appropriate power for different colour temperatures and colours while adjusting the colour temperature and colour of various light beads. Keep the brightness constant while adjusting the colour temperature and RGB. At maximum brightness, a constant power of 300W can be maintained.

CCT Mode

White light colour temperature adjustment mode, adjustable light intensity and colour temperature. CCT (Correlated Colour Temperature) mode allows accurate colour temperature adjustment from a comfortable warm colour of 2700K to a dark sky blue of 7500K to match any lighting conditions, such as warm shades of a sunset, cool shades of bright sunlight in summer, or blue moonlight in a clear, dark sky. The green/magenta correction function in CCT mode allows fine-tuning matching with other HMI, LED or fluorescent lamps or accurate colour balancing for different camera sensors.

HSI Mode

HSI colour mode allows collaboration by intuitively selecting a specific colour and fine-tuning the brightness and intensity of the colour. Adjustable hue, saturation, light intensity, (HSI = hue, saturation, light intensity), to achieve 36 million colour adjustable.

GEL Colour Paper Mode

Two types of colour paper, ROSCO and LEE, are available. There are 30 numbered colour paper libraries for each colour paper type, each of which is the standard for movies and television. You can quickly choose a professional light colour.

Light Matching Mode

This mode offers 12 different light source types and saves a lot of adjustment time when you need a particular light source.

White Light Effect Mode and Colour Effect Mode

This mode provides eight white light effects: lightning, CCT cycle, candle, bad light bulb, TV, paparazzi, explosion, breathing light. Colour Effect Mode provides four types of colour effects: Di bar, party, police car, colour cycle.

Strong structure and practical design

The panel has a solid, all-aluminium structure that can withstand heavy daily use. The sturdy housing is functionally designed with built-in rear handles and bottom legs for easy operation, installation and storage of the panel. Perforated aluminium housing design and active cooling system ensure efficient heat dissipation to maintain the stability of the LED panel and extend its service life.

True Soft Light Source

GVM YU200R provides a smooth and even beam field by combining the latest wide beam, true-tone SMD LED and diffuser plates. The large surface area of the panel produces a bright, surround output with clean, soft shadows and acts as a beautifying light on the body.

DMX-512

Using the built-in industry standard DMX-512 interface, the GVM-YU200R can be integrated into more complex studio installations that require a standardized remote control method, such as news sets, talk shows or entertainment productions. The unit is equipped with two XLR-3P DMX ports (input/output – loop-through), allowing the panel to be connected to a DMX lighting console.

App Bluetooth remote control

Equipped with Bluetooth 5.0 mesh networking system, you can search “gvm_led” in the app store and download mobile app (IOS and Android) to remotely control the light. Through the Bluetooth mesh networking system, users can control multiple YU200R devices at the same time. The intuitive control panel on the app makes the lighting scene layout simpler and faster, which can save a lot of time and energy. Users can rename and group the connected lighting devices, so that the devices can better match different use scenarios.

Active Cooling System

Compared with traditional light sources, LED lamps have higher efficiency. However, LED light source will generate a lot of heat in some cases. Generally speaking, the colder the environment, the higher the light output of LED. Higher temperatures usually reduce the light output. Under warmer environment and higher current, the temperature of semiconductor components will rise. Under constant current, the light output of LED changes with the change of junction temperature. Good and efficient thermal management helps to reduce the heat accumulation inside and around the LED, so as to significantly prolong the service life of the LED, improve the light output of the LED and minimize the impact on the temperature of the shooting site.

The YU series adopts the design of multiple heat dissipation metal sheets and heat conduction copper tubes, which can greatly increase the contact area with air, maximize the heat transfer to the outside and improve the heat dissipation efficiency.

In addition, when the ambient temperature or the total heat generated by the LED is very high, we can increase the total heat from the equipment by forcing air through it. The dual fan system allows the air to form convection and maximize air circulation. At the same time, adding a fan has an additional advantage, that is, it can remove any concentration of static hot air (hot spot), so that the whole LED system can be maintained at a reasonable temperature for a long time.
