This Celestron 11 lbs (5kg) Counterweight for the CGEM Mount is intended only for the Celestron CGEM mount, and will not work with any others. This counterweight allows you to increase the weight of the visual-side accessories on your telescope, such as a camera or an off-axis guider, while still maintaining excellent balance.
