Designed for military and law enforcement applications, the Etymotic EB15 LE BlastPLG Electronic Earplugs provide 15 dB of adaptive attenuation for sounds between 90 to 120 dB SPL with increased attenuation up to the 35-40 dB limit of the eartip seal. It provides optimised hearing protection from loud impact noise as well as a natural hearing experience when no background noise is present. They allow for natural hearing until noise exceeds safe-exposure limits.
At the flip of a switch, sound can be amplified to improve distance detection up to five times for enhanced awareness of your surroundings. They use ACCU technology to utilise high-definition balanced armature drivers, and high sensitivity microphones with proprietary wide, dynamic-range compression K.AMP signal processing.
