Designed for industrial construction applications, the Etymotic HD15 High-Definition Electronic Earplugs provide 15 dB of adaptive attenuation for sounds between 90 to 120 dB SPL with increased attenuation up to the 35-40 dB limit of the eartip seal. It provides optimised hearing protection from loud impact noise as well as a natural hearing experience when no background noise is present. They allow for natural hearing until noise exceeds safe-exposure limits.
At the flip of a switch, sound can be amplified to improve distance detection up to five times for enhanced awareness of your surroundings. They use ACCU technology to utilise high-definition balanced armature drivers, and high sensitivity microphones with proprietary wide, dynamic-range compression K.AMP signal processing.
