This super-compact and lightweight flashlight is designed to be used with the included adjustable headband to illuminate your trail, campground, or workbench but can also be used without it as a miniature hand light. Despite its size, the flashlight's mighty Cree XM-L2 U2 LED can pump out up to 500 lumens of bright white light for up to 2.5 hours of uninterrupted runtime. Using a single tailcap pushbutton, you can easily turn the light on or off and switch its output power. To prevent accidental burnout, the headlight also has a built-in reverse polarity protection circuit. For convenience, you can power this device using the included rechargeable 16340 battery (which can be internally recharged via a built-in micro-USB port) or a CR123A battery.
To make it a reliable companion wherever you go, the housing is engineered from high-quality aluminium and treated with a scratch- and abrasion-resistant Type III hard anodised finish. To protect the LED and to deliver maximum brightness, the front optic is made of tempered glass and covered with an anti-reflective coating. The entire construction is also waterproof/submersible and impact-resistant.
