Weighing just 11.38 kg, the JBL EON206P is a portable powered mixer and speaker PA system designed for live sound reinforcement applications such as speaking in public or playing DJ music at a party. The system consists of a 6-channel powered mixer and a pair of detachable powered speakers that utilise 6.5"(16.5 cm) woofers in bass-reflex enclosures and 1"(2.5 cm) wave-guided neodymium high compression drivers to deliver a frequency range of 64 to 22,000 Hz at -10 dB and a frequency response of 77 to 20,000 Hz at -3 dB over a 100° x 80° coverage pattern at a maximum SPL of 113 dB. Each speaker is powered by 80 watts of high efficiency class D amplification with on-board AEQ and limiting provided by integrated DSP.
The detachable powered mixer features selectable mic/line combination 1/4" phone and XLR inputs on channels one and two with treble, bass, reverb, and channel volume control knobs. Input Channels three and four are provided by either stereo RCA connectors for consumer electronics or 1/4" phone inputs for use with electronic keyboards, processors, or an instrument preamplifier with a dedicated volume control. Input channels 5 and 6 are provided by a stereo 3.5 mm input jack for use with Smartphones, MP3 players, and other comparable devices. The mixer features a master volume control as well as a monitor volume control via a pair of stereo RCA outputs.
The two powered speakers feature integrated pole sockets for mounting on stands and attach to the powered mixer with connection latches to form a single convenient carrying case with integrated cable storage and an ergonomic soft grip top handle.
