The 4GB ValueRAM DDR3 1333 MHz SO-DIMM Memory Module from Kingston is a small-outline DIMM based on eight 512M x 8-bit DDR3-1333 FBGA components. It is a single rank, unbuffered, non-ECC module with a CAS latency of 9. Additional features include eight independent internal banks, programmable CAS latency, and programmable additive latency. SO-DIMMs are typically used in notebooks, but can also be used in certain servers and other small-form-factor computers.
Features
- JEDEC standard 1.5V power supply

- 667 MHz fCK for 1333 Mb/sec per pin
- 8 independent internal banks
- Programmable latencies
- 8-bit pre-fetch
- Burst Length: 8 (interleave without any limit, sequential with starting address "000" only); 4 with tCCD = 4 (does not allow seamless read or write, either on the fly using A12 or MRS)
- Bi-directional differential data strobe
- Internal self-calibration through ZQ pin (RZQ: 240 Ohms ± 1%)
- On-Die termination using ODT pin
