The Lanparte Blackmagic Cinema Camera Complete Kit is a 15mm rod shoulder-mount rig for your Blackmagic Cinema Camera or Production Camera 4K, complete with a camera cage, follow focus, matte box, and external V-Mount battery power solution. The cage comes included with a top handle, 15mm baseplate, dovetail plate that allows forward/backward adjustment on a tripod, and a Magic Arm for attaching an EVF or monitor. To complete the shoulder-mounted rig, a shoulder support with 7.9" 15mm rods is included, which attaches to the rear of the rig using a height riser clamp, as well as the Universal Grip V2 with adjustable dual handgrips.

The cage consists of a top cheese plate, bottom cheese plate, and support arms that add 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory mounting threads. It also features air vents integrated into the design to allow better airflow and prevent overheating. Access to all common camera functions, the connections, battery, and SSD slots remains unobstructed. The cage securely attaches to the baseplate via two 1/4"-20 screws.

The baseplate supports a pair of included 11.8" 15mm rods, which allow attachment of the follow focus, matte box, handgrips, shoulder support, and V-Mount battery plate. ARRI standard rosettes on the sides of the baseplate let you attach additional accessories. The dovetail plate has 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads for attaching to a tripod. The baseplate slides onto the dovetail plates, locking in place using a side lever. The extra length of the dovetail plate lets you adjust the position of the camera rig forward or backward to help balance it on the tripod.

The top handle features a long, ergonomic design for versatile and comfortable handling. It attaches to the top of the cage via a rail, which also allows for horizontal adjustment. Additionally, the handle has a cold shoe at the front end for attaching mics and other accessories. The top of the cage provides support for a pair of included 7.9" 15mm rods, useful for adding accessories such a wireless focus motors, or the included Magic Arm. The Magic Arm has a 1/4"-20 screw for mounting an EVF or monitor, and is adjustable vertically and horizontally.

The included matte box fits lenses with a maximum front outer diameter of 100mm. It features two rotating 4 x 4" filter stages and incorporates a swing-away design for rapid lens changes. Removable top and side flags are also included to block unwanted light from hitting your lens. Both the Universal Grip V2 and follow focus utilise a clamping design that lets you attach them to the 15mm rods without having to remove the matte box. The follow focus features integrated A and B hard stops that let you set start/end points on DSLR lenses with continuously rotating focus rings. The follow focus features a 0.8 pitch drive gear, which can be positioned on either side of the gear box. For use with DSLR lenses that lack an integrated focus gear rings, an adjustable gear ring comes included.

The V-Mount Battery Pinch mounts to the 15mm rods and features a V-mount for attaching the included 150Wh battery. It provides DC outputs with different voltages (5, 7.2, 12, and 15V), letting you power multiple devices simultaneously from the battery. Additionally, the Battery Pinch has a built-in HDMI splitter, useful when you need to send a signal from an HDMI monitor to multiple devices. The battery itself has a D-Tap output which, with the use of the included D-Tap power cable, lets you power the Blackmagic Cinema Camera or Production Camera 4K. The battery can be recharged using the AC power adapter included with the Battery Pinch.

The LanParte MB-01 4x4 Rod-Mounted DSLR Swing-Away Matte Box is a 4 x 4 matte box that fits lenses with a maximum front outer diameter of 100mm. It features ABS plastic and aluminium construction that makes it lightweight. It features two rotating 4 x 4 filter stages and mounts onto lightweight 15mm rods. The matte box incorporates a swing-away design for rapid lens changes. The included 4 x 4 filter trays can slide in the rotating stages, allowing you to adjust their height.

The included removable top and side flags can be precisely set and locked to block stray light from flaring your lens. The included anti-reflection rings protect your image by blocking stray light behind the camera bouncing off of filters in the matte box and flaring your image. In addition, the interior of the matte box is finished with a black anti-reflective coating to reduce reflection off the matte box back onto filters.

The Lanparte Follow Focus V2 clamps onto 15mm LWS rods, allowing you to smoothly and accurately pull focus with cinema and DSLR lenses equipped with gear rings. Its quick release design that lets you easily snap it onto the rods without having to remove other rod-mounted accessories, such as a matte box. Integrated into the follow focus are A and B hard stops, letting you set start/end points on DSLR lenses that have continuously rotating focus rings. Additionally, the follow focus features an ARRI standard accessory port for using optional focus whips and speed cranks. The Lanparte Universal Grip V2 is an adjustable dual handle system for 15mm LWS rod support rigs. Each handle features three points of adjustment, letting you position each handgrip at the desired height, angle, and distance from the rods. Silica-gel surface on the handles provide a comfortable, non-slip grip. For easy attachment and removal of the system without having to remove other rod-mounted accessories, the Universal Grip V2 utilises a quick-release 15mm rod clamp, which locks in place using a single lever.

Carry your rig on your shoulder by incorporating this Shoulder Support from Lanparte . Using dual 15mm clamps, the Shoulder Support secures to 15mm LWS rigs. Lightweight Construction

The matte box itself is made out of ABS plastic, with aluminium used for the support structure. This provides a lightweight yet sturdy unit that is appropriate for shooting hand-held or with a stabiliser rig, when every ounce counts.

Swing Away Design

The swing-away design allows you to quickly move the matte box out of the way to cheque or change lenses, without having to remove the matte box from the support rods. This way you don't have to hand off the matte box to someone else, hold it under an arm or between your knees, or hang it under the rods while you work, greatly speeding your workflow and reducing the chance of dropping the matte box or having a filter tray fall out.

Rotating 4 x 4 Filter Trays

The matte box features two independently rotating 4 x 4 filter trays; this allows you to simultaneously rotate two filters, such as one polariser and one graduated filter, or even two graduated filters, for creative effect. The filter stages each rotate 90° and feature a tray locking knob, which allows you to adjust the height of the filter and lock it in place. This is a useful feature when using graduated filters in your matte box. The filter trays feature a centre detent, so you can easily position them exactly in the middle.

Top & Side Flags

• The removable top and side flags provide you additional flare control and attach to the matte box with a lockable hinged assembly. This allows you to precisely set your flags to match the edge of frame for different lenses and lock them in place so that they don't move during the shot.
• Each side flag is made from two pieces with a pivot point that allows you to pivot the outer flap approximately 45° providing additional height so that the side flags can butt up against the top flag when it is in a raised position. The outer flap of the side flags run in a track, and a locking thumb nut allows you to lock the side flags pivot adjustment.

Anti-Reflection Inserts

The four included anti-reflection inserts work with your lenses. They provide a light-tight seal so that light from behind the camera cannot leak through where the lens joins the matte box and reflect off filters to flare your image.
