The high quality, professional Leofoto BV-10M Fluid Video Head is CNC machined from aircraft aluminium for maximum strength combined with low weight and black anodised for high durability. The BV-10M video head is compatible with the Manfrotto 501 and 501PL quick release plates.
Because Leofoto has CNC milled the BV-10 from black anodised aircraft aluminium, this liquid-cushioned video head is extremely lightweight. With only 760 grams and a load capacity of up to 8 kilos static weight, this is an ideal head for bird spotters and nature filmers. The balanced load capacity is 4 kilos, which means you can use almost any spotting scope, dslr and video camera on the BV-10. The head has two built-in spirit levels for easy leveling and a nice long quick-release plate with video pin for perfect alignment of your camera or spotting scope.
The long control arm of the BV-10 video head enables smooth and easy tracking movements. In addition, the head's fluid cushioning prevents jerky images. Leofoto has paid attention to the details, as the arm is covered with soft rubber foam to prevent cold hands for nature workers. The fluid head can tilt a maximum of 90° forward and 75° backward. In addition, the BV-10 video head can rotate 360° around its axis, with the fine degree scale on the 60mm wide base plate making panoramic work easy. The degree of friction is adjustable by means of a large rotary knob, so that you are always in control.
