The Leofoto VH-30 2-Way Monopod Long Lens Head with Plate is a two-way compact tilting head for monopods that is well suited to bird watching and other wildlife photography. The head can tilt +/- 90°, features adjustable tension for customizing movement resistance, and has a large, ergonomic locking lever. The 360° panning base features an independent locking knob.
Includes an extra-long Arca-type quick release plate with 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16.
