The ALX H from Libec is a dual-base fluid head with a pan handle supporting payloads up to 4 kg. The dual-base design incorporates a 75mm ball base and a flat base bottom. It is designed for use with both 75mm ball and flat-base tripods and is made to fit sliders, skater dollies, and other equipment. The flat base, featuring a 3/8"-16 mounting thread, can be used for attaching the head to other flat-base gear. The ALX H features a 360° pan angle and +90°/-80° tilt angle. A quick-release camera plate with a 1/4"-20 mounting screw and video pin is included, as is a spare 3/8"-16 screw. The pan handle can be attached to rosette adapters on the left or right side of the head.
The ALX H is lightweight at 1.3 kg and equipped with an LED bubble level for easy levelling in the dark. By using it in combination with other Libec products, users can create multi-style configurations suited to a variety of shooting environments.
