Capture two HD or SD signals simultaneously with Magewell 's XI200XUSB USB 3.0 Video Capture Box. On the front panel of the box are two DVI inputs, which can also accept VGA, HDMI, and component signals via the included breakout cables and adapters. The XI200USB is plug-and-play compatible and uses your PC's existing drivers to connect. The box has its own internal processor, which can perform automatic cropping, deinterlacing, and colour adjustments before the video reaches your computer, taking that processing load off of your CPU.
Features
USB 3.0 Interface
The XI200XUSB adopts a USB 3.0 interface for high-speed transmission. It gets bus power directly from the PC. Compared to the PCI-Express x1 GEN 1.1 interface, the Intel USB 3.0 chip enables faster data transmission at 1080p60. XI100XUSB-PRO is backward compatible with USB 2.0, though with reduced performance.
Automatic Signal Detection
Automatically determines the resolution of incoming VGA video signals, which occasionally use uncommon aspect ratios. Once the resolution is detected, the box will automatically adjust the signal's parameters, including timing and phase. The VGA timing detection supports the following standards: GTF/CEA/DMT/IBM PC/Apple/VESA. For input signals which do not meet specific timing standards, the box will improve and adjust via its image analysis algorithm.
Video Processing
The XI200XUSB can perform functions like random image scale, image clip, colour space switch, Gamma modification, and DMA transmission to satisfy your individual requirements. It can also automatically remove black edges around an image and supports manual settings for effective image area. It can also automatically detect the video source, deinterlace, and remove image aliasing.
Multi-Channel Capture
The captured images can be used by multiple applications at the same time with no need to lower the frame rate. Applications can adopt different capture formats, and the box will process the signal source into those formats. Multiple bit rates and resolutions can be output at the same time, so only a single box is needed.
