Panasonic's AJ-GPS910G Global Positioning Unit lets you record real-time location coordinates to footage shot on P2 HD camcorders by mounting it on the viewfinder and connecting it via the supplied GPS connector. These Camcorders include the AJ-HPX2000, AJ-HPX3000, AJ-HPX2700 (VariCam 2700), AJ-HPX3700 (VariCam 3700) P2 HD camcorders, and the AJ-HDX900.

This lightweight unit reads signals from GPS satellites and records the information as UMID data.
