The Proaim Powermatic Scissor Pro 17' Telescopic Jib Arm is equipped with an enhanced speed controller remote system and is designed to support camera rigs and gimbals weighing up to 15 kg at its full 5.18-meter extension. The jib arm can extend from 1 to 5.18 meters at a speed of up to 3.56 cm/sec using the motor and control system. The controller box unit is powered by a V-mount battery and connects to the speed remote through the provided 6-pin LEMO cable.
For extension, separate counterbalance weights are required and can be attached to the jib's weight rod. The arm incorporates 70 high-speed steel bearings to ensure durability during operation. It can be mounted on a flat base tripod or dolly and features independent pan and tilt locks. Additionally, an LCD monitor mount is included to position the camera monitor for optimal viewing while performing sweeping movements at maximum extension. All the components can be conveniently stored and transported in the included flight case.
