Dedicated to the Nikon D5, D4S, and D4 DSLRs, the BD5 Base Plate from Really Right Stuff is an Arca-type compatible plate that facilitates easier, more stable mounting of your camera atop a tripod. The custom-fit design maintains full access to the battery door and features two Quick Disconnect (QD) mounting system points for attaching a strap. Additionally, the CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminium construction is finished with a Type II black anodising, a 1/4"-20 threaded mounting socket is featured on the base. Additionally, a laser-engraved centre mark is placed on the rear of the plate for easy alignment.
