The L84 Multi-Use Fore-Aft Plate from Really Right Stuff is an Arca-type compatible quick release plate, designed for camera bodies and collared telephoto lenses. The plate attaches to a lens foot via a 1/4"-20 screw.
The CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminium plate has a black anodised type II finish, and an anti-twist flange prevents any movement between the plate and lens foot. Located on the bottom of the plate are two safety stop screws, which help to prevent any accidental release from a clamp.
