The LCF-12 Replacement Foot from Really Right Stuff is designed specifically for the AF-S NIKKOR 200-500mm f/5.6E ED VR lens. To use this foot, the LC-A14 replacement collar must also be used.

The replacement foot is compatible with most Arca-type clamps, and the double-dovetail design allows accessories to attach to the bottom or the top of the foot. The LCF-12 gives the lens a lower profile and a lower centre of gravity than the one originally supplied with the lens. This provides for better balance and stability when attached to a tripod.

The lens foot is CNC machined from a single block of 6061-T6 aluminium, and it has been Typing II anodised with a durable black finish. Two safety stops located on the bottom of the foot prevent the lens from sliding out of a partially open clamp. Additionally, located on the bottom of the plate are a QD (Quick Disconnect) socket for attaching a strap, as well as a 1/4"-20 for mounting directly to a tripod.
