The Rycote Suspension XX-Small for Compact Condenser Mics is for compact / condenser microphones or remote capsule setups. Equipped with two different Lyres mounted on the Mono Extended Ballgag Suspension. The front Lyre is a special 19/22mm diameter clip for holding the main part of the compact microphone, the rear Lyre is 9.5mm clip to hold the smaller diameter cable exit section of the microphone.
Microphones are suspended to the four-point hoop frame using the mic clip and four silicone bands. This suspension solution also offers maximum shock isolation and is compatible with Schoeps CCM (Lemo), CMC/ MK/KC 5, Sennheiser MKH8000 with MZL cable, Neumann KM100 Series with LC3 KA cable. The optional Connbox will further reduce handling noise if necessary. Connboxes shorten cable lengths and further isolate the cable from the microphone element, contributing to an overall trouble-free recording.
