The gray Windshield Extension 295 from Rycote protects against wind and handling noise when recording with broadcast and ENG microphones. It is designed to extend the Rycote Modular Windshield 4 (13.0") to make a Windshield 11 (24.6"). This windshield extension provides up to 30 db of wind-noise attenuation when used with a WS4 windshield. It is a lightweight, durable basket made from flexible gray plastic netting. It has a screening material attached.
