This Cage for Panasonic GH5 from SHAPE is a form-fitting, lightweight, robust cage built and designed to protect the Panasonic LUMIX GH5 camera. It wraps securely around the camera body, preventing unwanted rotation while providing an abundance of 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads for accessories. The camera is fixed to the cage by a 1/4"-20 screw under the unit; and the position is secured with the back and sides of the cage, so it will not move forward when equipped with a heavy lens.
The cage provides quick and easy access to the lens release button, battery door, and memory card. It features an open access on top for mounting accessories to the GH5's electronic hot shoe. A second built-in shoe on the side offers an additional accessory mounting point.
