This is a renewed version of 1660, it is specially designed for SONY A7II/A7RII/A7SII ILCE-7M2 /ILCE-7RM2/ ILCE-7SM2. It is a compact and lightweight design that in combination with small dimensions. The delicate structure allows full access to the camera's buttons and controls.
The top plate offering arrays of mounting holes leaves camera's own hot shoe accessible, so that you can attach XLR-K1M for an external mic setup. The right side bracket with a shoe mount is removable, when it removed, the remainder of the cage leaves the camera controls exposed for easier access to controls if desired. The front side of baseplate offers mounting holes for metabones adapter mount, meanwhile, an anti-twist bar can be attached to the baseplate to prevent your camera from twisting.
