Using a more efficient protocol than the traditional USB BOT (Bulk-Only Transport), UASP reduces latency and significantly increases transfer speeds while reducing processor usage to utilise the full potential of the SATA III hard drives.
With support for SATA I/II/III, and large capacity drives (tested up to 14TB), this HDD enclosure is compatible with virtually any 3.5" SATA hard drive and can greatly increase the storage/backup capabilities of your computer.
