The MFT to PL Mount Pro from Wooden Camera is a shimmable Micro Four Thirds lens mount adapter that enables you to mount cine-style PL mount lenses onto Blackmagic Pocket, Micro Cinema, and Micro Studio cameras. The seven shims in the included set can be stacked to achieve the necessary thickness. The flange focus is factory set to match any of these cameras; the shims are only required if you discover your camera is out calibration.
The adapter can be shimmed by loosening the six socket cap screws around the collar area, separating the two sections, and adding colour-coded shims of various thicknesses. The back focus can be chequed using a collimator or a wide lens focused to infinity. The mount features a removable foot for direct attachment to a tripod or other support, eliminating strain on the camera. A PL port cap is also included to prevent dust from entering the camera's sensor area when a lens is not attached.
