Description

The 3 Legged Thing Leo 2.0 Tripod with AirHed Pro Lever Ball Head offers a versatile support system in matte black. Comprised of three detachable legs and a removable centre column, this tripod and ball head combination allows for various configurations. Each leg can be transformed into a monopod with a maximum height of 43.4" or combined with the center column for a monopod reaching up to 59.2" in height.

The Leo 2.0 Tripod is compatible with tripod heads featuring a 3/8"-16 mount, such as the AirHed Pro Lever Ball Head. When used together, they can support up to 66 lb and fold down to a compact size of 14.7". The 5-section legs of the tripod offer independent spread, a 3-position angle lock, and convenient twist locks for quick deployment. Without the center column, the tripod can reach a minimum height of 8.2". With the fully raised center column and ball head, it can achieve a maximum height of 44.1" or 57.7". The carbon fiber legs come with removable rubber feet, which can be exchanged for spiked feet to enhance stability on various surfaces.

For additional versatility, the Leo 2.0 Tripod's legs can be replaced with 3 Legged Thing footwear accessories to transform it into a tabletop tripod. A carry bag with a strap is included for convenient storage and transportation.

The AirHed Pro Lever Ball Head is an Arca-type ball head with a load capacity of 88.0 lb. It can be mounted on tripods or support systems featuring a 3/8"-16 mount. The included QR-OCTA Quick Release Plate allows for connection to cameras and accessories compatible with a 1/4"-20 mount. The plate can be easily attached or removed from the integrated clamp using the push-and-pull cam lock lever. The lever can be rotated and flipped over to best accommodate right- or left-handed users when locking the clamp. Dual retaining screws are provided to prevent accidental sliding of the plate when the clamp is open. The quick release plate features a rubberized, non-slip platform, while a built-in bubble level assists with landscape orientations.

By loosening the primary locking knob, the ball-and-socket joint of the head can be swiveled, angled, fully tilted, or returned to its upright position. A secondary locking knob controls the 360° rotation of the head.
