The ANDYCINE Mini Ball Head with Cold Shoe Adapter to 1/4"-20 Mount can hold various accessories up to 2.5kg, with an accessory foot or with a 1/4"-20 socket. The single-action lever unlocks, so you can control the 90° tilt and the 360° rotation, and the ball head mounts to brackets, cages, or video rigs via its 1/4"-20 mounting socket.
