CoMo II is the evolution of CoMo, a headset-based 1.9 GHz DECT full-duplex wireless intercom system designed to deliver clear, stable, and interference-free communications even in congested RF environments. The new ultra-lightweight design, weighing less than 170 g, including earpads and battery, makes it the lightest headset in its category and ideal for continuous all-day use.
Overview
The system enables simultaneous communication among up to 9 users, including 1 host and 8 remotes, with an operating range of up to 400 metres in line-of-sight conditions. This performance is ensured by 1.9 GHz DECT technology, which provides high stability and strong resistance to interference. The headset is equipped with a mini-boom microphone featuring a flip-to-mute function, allowing audio to be muted simply by raising the microphone, without interrupting communication.
The removable 1500 mAh battery provides up to 11 hours of battery life for the host unit when connected to 7 remotes, and up to 17 hours for each remote unit. The Dual-Mic ENC + AI ENC algorithm not only reduces ambient noise but also progressively learns the characteristics of the environment and the user’s habits, improving noise-cancellation performance over time.
Comfort and audio performance
The ergonomic design includes soft, replaceable earpads, physical adjustments to fit different head shapes, and advanced audio management with Sidetone. This balanced circuit allows users to hear their own voice with zero latency while maintaining uniform sound perception between both ears. A 3.5 mm mini-jack connection also makes it possible to use personal earphones, enhancing both comfort and hygiene.
CoMo II also supports integration with collaboration platforms such as Zoom, making it suitable not only for field productions but also for remote communication.
