Strike a chord and let it shimmer with the Behringer Chorus Symphony Vintage '70s Modulation Pedal. This vintage modulation pedal is equipped with an all-analog BBD circuit giving it a rich and warm sound that helped shape the sound of many hits!
An Icon of an Era
CHORUS SYMPHONY gives your guitar, or any instrument for that matter, a thick, syrupy and multidimensional sound found in the highly popular Jazz Chorus amplifier and was soon placed in a pedal. That iconic modulation became an instant classic, used by many famous musicians such as John Frusciante, Brian May, Joe Satriani and Andy Summers to name a few. You can even hear the effect in The Police’s “Message in a Bottle.”
Bring in the Bucket Brigade
The original circuitry was one of the first of its kind to use a BBD circuit and we wanted CHORUS SYMPHONY to have the same. The preamp section includes a high/low switch can add lot of body to your sound or push the preamp into overdrive territory. Turn the level control and you can add even more crunch and drive to your signal.
Chorus Intensity
The Chorus Intensity knob adjusts both speed and depth to add a nice warble and wiggle to your sound. At max, it adds a slight “detuning” effect that’s still musical sounding to add movement and lush-ness that adds life to any chord progression.
Additional Controls
- Vibrato mode with depth and rate knobs
- Optional buffered or true bypass mode via an internal switch
- Mono or Stereo outputs
Amazing Flexibility
The CHORUS SYMPHONY is a great tool for adding a lush atmospheric character to your sound and can be an amazing addition to your pedalboard. Its rugged and reliable metal construction also stands up to the rigors of the road and the heaviest of stomps.
