It is designed to be worn across a right-handed user’s body from the left shoulder to the right hip, with the connected camera resting upside-down on your hip so it can be quickly raised for use.
Comfortable, ergonomic design
A 40.6 x 5.6 cm shoulder pad is ergonomically curved to match the contour of your shoulder and evenly distribute the weight of the camera, while its TPE foam and poly air mesh help improve airflow and comfort.
Stable and secure carry
The underarm stabiliser clips fit under your left shoulder and help prevent the camera from twisting as it rests at your side. This stabiliser strap is removable if you find you do not need it and want to keep your sling system simple.
The Sport X also includes a durable locking carabiner to suspend your camera, and it attaches to a BlackRapid FR-5 FastenR connected to your camera or lens 1/4"-20 tripod mount. A plastic Lockstar protector folds over the carabiner to help prevent it from accidentally unlocking, while also helping to protect the camera or lens from scratches caused by the carabiner.
Adjustable for different users and situations
The strap length is adjustable up to 167.6 cm to accommodate a variety of situations, from people of different sizes to layering clothing and wearing jackets at different times of the year. Spring-loaded bumper locks can be slid up and down the strap’s webbing so you can limit excess camera movement along its length.
