The NCP-H8HD 75 Ohm N Solder Plug from Canare is a high-performance RF coaxial connector. The N-type connector is used in many applications, particularly where RF performance is of paramount importance. The connector has a threaded coupling interface to ensure that it mates correctly to provide the optimum performance.

- Gold plating on the contact pin prevents deterioration, even after years of use
- 1 or less Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR) up to 2GHz
- The connecting section of the N connector uses a shape that conforms to the IEC169-16's 75Ω impedance standard. Note that the 50Ω N and other connectors that do not conform to this specification can not be connected
