Description
The CineStill Film BwXX Double-X Black and White Negative Film is a classic black and white movie film that has been converted for still photography use by CineStill. This film has a long history, with an emulsion formula that has remained virtually unchanged since 1959. It is known for its subtle tonality, moderate contrast, and high sharpness. The film has a sensitivity of ISO 250/25° in daylight conditions or ISO 200/24° in tungsten-lit environments. It comes in a 36-exposure roll of 35mm film, with a non-DX-coded cartridge that requires manual film speed setting. The film has an acetate base with a scratch-resistant layer and is meant to be used with D-96 developer, although it can also work with other standard black and white developers.
