FotodioX Canon EF to C-Mount Pro Lens Mount Adapter

This FotodioX Canon EF to C-Mount Pro Lens Mount Adapter enables the mounting of Canon EF lenses on C-mount cameras and some microscope phototubes. Due to the smaller imager of C-mounts, the adapter allows recording from the center of the lens, which typically yields optimal optical performance. Despite the electronic aperture used in Canon EOS lenses, which is not compatible with adapters, this adapter includes a built-in clickless iris that provides some exposure control. It is suitable for manual mode and aperture-priority mode shooting, but various lens functions like automatic diaphragm and autofocus may not work properly. Additionally, the lens aperture cannot be controlled through the camera body, and the "stop-down mode" must be utilized during metering.
