Description

The CLIPHIT from Korg is an electronic drum module with sensor clip technology designed for drum practice or casual playing. It includes three clip-on sensors and one pedal switch.

The module's three clips can be attached to most surfaces to create a practice drum kit. You can also attach the clips to practice pads and use them to play sounds from any of the 11 drum kit presets. You can even play the CLIPHIT with your hands, which is ideal for triggering the provided percussion sounds such as conga or hand claps.

Connect an external device, such as an MP3 player or smartphone, via the auxiliary input, then play along with songs or rhythm tracks. You can listen through headphones or the built-in 2 W 7.6 cm speaker. The CLIPHIT is compatible with Korg PS-3 (included) and PS-1 pedal switches. Power can be supplied via four AA batteries (included) or a 9 VDC power supply (available separately).

Three Clips Trigger Onboard Drum Samples
The CLIPHIT is an electronic drum module that comes with three clips with internal sensors, as well as a pedal switch to control kick sounds. You can attach the clips to almost any surface, such as a practice pad, magazine, or desk, and play the drums in real time. The volume changes as you vary the force of your strike and can be adjusted independently for each clip and pedal. Use the module's built-in 7.6 cm speaker with 2 W output and bass-reflex design, or connect headphones or an external speaker system.

Eleven Kits Cover a Variety of Styles
Eleven different combinations are provided, including snare, hi-hat, toms, cymbals, and bass drums, as well as hand percussion and sound effects kits. If you opt to add an additional pedal switch, you'll be able to simultaneously play a total of five different sounds, three with the clips and two with the pedal, expanding your drum performance to hi-hat open/close or double bass. The variety of EFX sounds programmed into the CLIPHIT includes conga, tambourine, hand claps, dog barks, and more
