The Leofoto LSR-324C Rapid Ranger Flip Lock Tripod is a light-weight, compact tripod with flip locks, which is an extension of Leofoto's most popular LS ranger series tripods. The flip locks enable faster and easier operations, making it ideal for photographers who need to set up their equipment quickly.
This tripod features a 3/8" mounting stud and there is a 1/4th accessory mounting socket on the bottom as well as the side of the fixed apex/platform. (Apex/platform diameter is around (55mm/2.16in).
Leofoto tripods features 10x carbon fibre tubes that make the tripod lightweight while maintaining a strong load capacity. The 6061 aluminium parts are CNC machined and hard anodised, making the surface tough against scratching and scuffing. The twist leg lock system is quickly deployed with a simple quarter turn. With the tripod's three variable leg angles, it allows you to splay the legs completely out, so the support can drop to a very low minimum height.
The included LH-40 Low-Profile Ball Head is lightweight aluminium and features an Arca-type compatible quick release system. A precisely-machined ball provides ultra-smooth movements and a large, ergonomically-designed locking knob, enables the movement of the ball head to be controlled. Laser-engraved scales on the panning base provide precise control during panorama shooting and dual drop notches provide the capability for rapidly changing from horizontal to vertical orientation.
