This is the Manfrotto Alu Air-Cushioned Compact Stand. It can reach a maximum height of 2.3 m and features the Quick Stand System (QSS). Formerly known as a "Stacker", this stand allows for easy storage or transport by connecting two or more stands when folded. The air cushioning on this stand helps to protect fingers and mounted equipment. Additionally, if the stand sections are not tightened enough, the mounted equipment will gently ease down to the minimum height instead of suddenly slamming down.
