Description
The Manfrotto MK290DUA3-3WUS 290 Dual Aluminium Tripod with 3-Way Pan/Tilt Head features a 90° centre column for shooting tabletop, low-angle, or macro photography. It extends from just 6.1cm above the ground to 164.8cm high and supports up to 4kg. (The head supports up to 10kg and the tripod up to 5kg. When used together, they support up to 4kg camera loads. This takes into account the almost 0.9kg weight of the head itself.)
The three-section legs have tension-adjustable flip locks to individually adjust each leg's height. Four locking leg angles enable you to place the tripod in a variety of positions. A rubber grip on one of the legs aids in carrying the tripod, and rubber feet keep it stable on slippery surfaces.
The included 804 three-way pan/tilt head features retractable handles, so the overall size is decreased when its not in use. A built-in spring assists with the tilting motion of the head by compensating for heavier lenses and cameras with off-centre loads. A 200LT-PL quick release plate is included for quickly attaching and removing your camera from the head.
