The Meking M11-050A Umbrella Adapter is Meking’s solution for using umbrellas with speedlites and on-camera flashes. The holder sits on top of a light stand with a standard 16 mm socket and allows your light to be mounted using either the shoe mount, the 1/4" screw thread, or the 3/8" screw thread on top.
A hole through the center of the holder allows umbrella handles to be inserted for use with the flash. The umbrella is locked in place via a knob that tightens a screw onto the handle.
The M11-050A comes with the 1/4” and 3/8” screw thread on the top via a reversible spigot.
