Description

The Moment 67mm Variable Neutral Density 1.8 to 2.7 Filter is specifically designed to be mounted onto lenses with 67mm front filter threads. This filter allows for an exposure reduction of 6 to 9 stops, creating a darkened effect on the entire image. As a result, you can capture photos with a wider aperture or slower shutter speed than usual. The density of the filter can be easily controlled by rotating the front filter ring, which allows you to determine the desired additional exposure length in advance. By adjusting your exposure time or aperture, you gain the ability to control depth of field and convey movement more effectively. The front ring of the filter is visually marked with lines representing different stop values and includes side knurlings for precise and rapid positioning. Moreover, to maintain consistent exposures, the front ring is designed to prevent any rotation beyond the etched stop values.

The filter itself is constructed using Schott B270 glass, which enhances clarity and color fidelity in your images. In order to minimize internal ghosting and reflections, and further enhance clarity and color fidelity, each glass surface is equipped with 15 layers of anti-reflection coatings. Additionally, the filter is coated to be resistant to oil, static, and scratches. This provides greater protection to the filter and ensures that it stays clean for a longer period of time compared to filters that are not coated.
