Description

The Moment 77mm Variable Neutral Density 0.6 to 1.5 Filter is specifically designed to be mounted onto lenses with 77mm front filter threads. This filter provides a reduction in exposure of 2 to 5 stops, allowing for greater creative control. With a density range of 0.6 to 1.5, the entire image is darkened, enabling the use of wider apertures or slower shutter speeds. The level of density is easily adjustable by rotating the front filter ring, giving you the ability to determine the additional exposure length required. By adjusting the exposure time or aperture, you can effectively control depth of field and capture movement with ease. For added convenience and precision, the front ring is marked with lines representing different stop values and features knurlings for quick and accurate positioning. Moreover, the front ring is designed to prevent any unintended rotation beyond the stop values etched on it, ensuring consistent exposures.

This filter is constructed with Schott B270 glass, which enhances clarity and color accuracy. To minimize internal ghosting and reflections, as well as to further improve clarity and color fidelity, each glass surface is coated with 15 layers of anti-reflection coatings. Additionally, the filter is coated to resist oil, static, and scratches, providing superior protection and keeping it clean for longer periods compared to uncoated filters.
