Ultrafast Aperture and Low-Light Performance
Featuring an ultrafast T1.4 maximum aperture and glow-in-the-dark markings, the lens excels in low-light conditions. Its ultra-low dispersion elements and advanced coatings minimise chromatic aberration, distortion, colour fringing, flaring, and ghosting, maintaining reliable colour rendering and contrast. The lens sports a 90mm front outside diameter, an 86mm front filter thread, and a built-in rear filter holder, allowing the integration of lightweight filtration close to the camera body for balance-dependant setups.
Seamless Integration and Compatibility
The AUREUS PRIME line features uniform housing, weight, and gear positioning, allowing each focal length to be swapped without needing stabiliser rebalancing or camera rig adjustment. They also share similar optical and tonal characteristics with the NiSi ATHENA PRIME lens line, allowing their incorporation into existing lens sets.
