Use the low-profile side activation switch to cycle through five output levels, from a power-stingy 0.5 lumens to the maximum setting of 1000, plus a strobe mode. A three-colour power indicator will warn you when the battery is running low, and recharging couldn't be easier—simply snap on the MCC II magnetic USB charging cable (which is thinner than earlier models and compatible with Olight MCC rechargeable products except the R50 Pro and PL Mini). When stowing the light for travel, press and hold the switch for two seconds for lockout mode—it will prevent the light from being accidentally activated. The S1R Baton II is IPX8-rated water resistant and impact resistant to 5 feet, and its housing features a textured surface for a secure and comfortable grip.
