Inside the case is a Pelican 3310 photo luminescent LED flashlight. Its housing passively absorbs light and emits a bright glow in the dark - an invaluable feature under extreme or emergency situations. A white LED emitter provides a low 28-Lumen output, a 234-Lumen high mode, and a flashing mode can be used for signalling in emergencies. The polycarbonate housing is impact, corrosion, and temperature-resistant for use in most situations and environments. It is also IPX7-rated to be submersible to 1.0m for up to 30 minutes.
