The PreSonus AVB-D16 Network Bridge 16x16 Two-Way AVB-to-Dante is a convenient network bridge designed for AVB and Dante. With this device, you can easily transmit and receive up to 16 audio channels between AVB and Dante networks. This makes it an ideal solution for connecting your StudioLive Series III AVB ecosystem to other Dante-equipped products such as the PreSonus CDL-12 constant directivity loudspeaker.
With its built-in asynchronous sample rate conversion, the AVB-D16 ensures precise clock isolation between your AVB and Dante networks. This guarantees high-quality audio without any dropouts or artifacts. Additionally, you have the flexibility to run different sample rates on both networks. If you need to expand your channel count, you can use multiple AVB-D16 units simultaneously.
On the rear panel, you'll find a single AVB etherCON connector, along with two Dante etherCON connectors (Primary and Secondary) and a 12 VDC power input. The front panel includes a reset button, as well as indicators for power, AVB sync, and link/activity.
