This active 2-way monitor offers a precise and expanded frequency response, along with a wide stereo field. The custom-designed EBM waveguide ensures a broad sweet spot, making it suitable for both home studios and professional mix rooms.
The monitor features two Class-AB amplifiers, delivering 45W to the 5.25" woofer and 35W to the 1" tweeter. This combination results in a snappy and accurate transient response. With a frequency response ranging from 48 Hz to 20 kHz, the Eris Studio 5 provides a full-range sound with ample volume (102 dB SPL). The rear panel of the monitor offers acoustic tuning controls, including a three-position Acoustic Space switch that helps compensate for boundary bass boost when the monitor is placed near a wall or in a corner. High and Mid controls are available to mitigate room anomalies, and a low cutoff filter enables easy integration of a subwoofer into the monitor setup.
