Dedicated to the For Canon EOS R5 and R6 mirrorless cameras when coupled with the BG-R10 battery grip, the Really Right Stuff EOS R5 and R6 with BG-R10 Vertical Battery Grip L-Plate is an Arca-type compatible plate that facilitates easier, more stable switching between horizontal and vertical shooting orientations when working atop a tripod. The L-shape of the plate also benefits shooting in vertical orientation with panorama nodal slides, for maintaining a consistent nodal point, and shooting in horizontal orientation with side-mount gimbal heads. Two push-button QD sockets are available as well, allowing the direct use of compatible Quick Disconnect straps.
The custom-fit design also maintains full access to the battery and built-in magnetic tool storage makes it easy to remove or attach your plate when needed, while a boss is available for using an accessory hand strap. Additionally, the CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminium construction is finished with a Type II black anodising, a 1/4"-20 threaded mounting socket is featured on the base, and laser-engraved centre marks are placed on both axes for easy alignment.
