When you need a space-saving solution for mixing multiple mic/line signals in conference rooms, houses of worship, or small-scale concert venues, consider the 1 RU rack-mountable Rolls RM82 8-Channel Mic/Line Mixer eight-channel mixer. It features eight balanced 3-pin XLR microphone inputs with individually selectable 48 VDC phantom power to accommodate dynamic or condenser microphones. Plus, its eight unbalanced 1/4" TS inputs offer easy connectivity for line-level inputs or may be configured to function as inserts (for external processing) or direct outputs (for routing to a multitrack recorder). A mono RCA auxilliary input accepts an additional line input.
Adjustable trim, level knobs, and treble/bass cut circuits on each channel allow simple and efficient mixing control from the front panel. The summed mono output is fed through a master level control to a rear-panel XLR male connector. Plug the RCA output into an audio recorder to preserve a dedicated mix signal that is independent of the master level.
