The Rycote InVision On-Camera Shockmount for Microphones & Cameras is a convenient solution for attaching compatible microphones directly to a camera's shoe mount. It is compatible with microphones measuring up to 11.8" in length and between 0.7 to 1" in diameter.
Utilising innovative Lyre technology, this shock-mount securely holds microphones in the inner-moulded clip while suspending them to prevent shock and handling noise. The mount is specifically designed to keep the microphone out of the camera's field of view. Additionally, it offers the flexibility of attaching the microphone to boom-poles using a 3/8"-16 mount.
