This lightweight and strong aluminum body ARRI Standard 15mm Studio Bridge Plate slides onto an ARRI Standard Dovetail Plate; it uses 15mm rods (30.5cm) and 15mm Studio Offset Spacing (rods spaced 100mm center to center).
Additionally, the Bridge Plate is equipped with a convenient Custom Flat Screwdriver that is integrated and secured by a magnet, used to quickly tighten the 2x 3/8″-16 UNC captive screws (included) that hold the base components together. There is also a locking lever to lock the Bridge Plate firmly in place and a slotted design to accommodate screw spacings.
The SHAPE Lightweight ARRI Standard 30.5cm Dovetail Plate allows you to quickly and easily balance the weight when using front or back heavy camera equipment. It also features an easy-to-access stopper screw on one end and a safety latch on the other to prevent accidental camera detachment. The dovetail also provides several 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threaded holes for tripod plate attachment. It can be attached to a shoulder pad for custom handheld configurations.
